Sojourn at Ararat is the perfect way to celebrate Armenian culture, to commemorate the 1915 Armenian Genocide and to educate and instruct people about Armenian history.
It is the ideal vehicle to charm your local social groups and political figures and get the word across about Recognition of the Armenian Genocide while promoting Armenian literaure and history in a highly entertaining form.
Length of play:
70 minutes with no interval (flexible for shorter)
Performance Space:
20 ft. wide with 15 ft. deep (flexible for smaller or larger spaces)
Set:
Two wooden chairs in black box stage
(drapes or naked walls)
Music:
Pre-recorded music provided on CD or mp3's, live music sung by the actors.
Set-up rehearsal:
1 technical rehearsal (8 hours) for reviewing sound and light cues and a full run through (not counting spotlight focusing and set up time needed).
Stage Maganger script and lighting plans provided.
Performance Fees:
Contact us with your specific requests as fees vary with venue type, house size, number of requested performan- ces and travel requirements. Special rates apply for Educational Institutions and not-for-profit groups.
Fundaraising purformances considered depending on the cause promoted.
